Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 30ml Kenningham English Berry Aperitif

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin and aperitif & stir quickly for at least 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to mix properly and chill in the ice.
2. Strain into a martini glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel or some fresh raspberries.
